I started off marking up the top of the build table with where the bottom rails lie, then screwed down a lod of modesty blocks (those little plastic blocks used to hold kitchen cabinets togther) to hold them in place.

Tacking the chassis
Febuary 2011 was spent tacking the main chassis together.
